San Francisco (KRON) -- Fentanyl continues to take lives nationwide. Here in California, nearly six-thousand people died from fentanyl-related overdose deaths in 2021.
More than 800 of those were from people aged 24 and under. Assemblywoman Liz Ortega, representing Hayward, joins KRON4’s Stephanie Lin to discuss how lawmakers are taking action.
