SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A massive sideshow shut down the roadway at 13th and Folsom right under the 101 overpass on Sunday.
San Francisco drivers were stalled while the video shows cars making donuts and getting dangerously close to dozens of people watching the illegal activity.
Witnesses say police showed up quickly and people dispersed immediately.
San Francisco police have not yet released arrest info.
