The National Weather Service in San Francisco has issued an Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory.
4:00 p.m.
In Fairfax, sirens have been activated in Ross, San Anselmo, and Fairfax. Officials say creeks are starting to crest, and crews are asking people to avoid the area.
Sonoma County published a list of road closures due to the storm.
