SAN JOSE, Calif. (KRON) -- A fatal crash has closed all northbound lanes on I-680 in San Jose, just south of E Capitol Expy.
California Highway Patrol responded to the incident just before 6 a.m. Wednesday.
According to their report, a person was hit by a car on the highway and died.
Traffic is being diverted off at Jackson Ave.
