CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, Calif. (KRON) -- Police activity has shut down parts of Highway 4 in Concord Saturday evening, according to authorities.
Highway 4 is closed to westbound traffic at Collector Road.
Drivers are advised to use an alternate route.
