CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, Calif. (KRON) -- Fire crews in Contra Costa County are responding to multiples fires Sunday night.
At last check, the Contra Costa Fire Department said it is on scene of seven separate grass and exterior fires.
Additionally, crews are responding to a residential fire caused by fireworks on the roof at 18th and Viera in Antioch.
Firefighters are also responding to a house fire on Deem Street in Pittsburg caused by fireworks shot into the backyard.
And it doesn't stop there.
Crews are responding to grass and exterior fires in Martinez, Pleasant Hill and San Pablo.
Several of the fires were started by fireworks, authorities said.
