ALAMEDA COUNTY, Calif. (KRON) -- A grass fire is burning near the Altamont Pass Wednesday afternoon, according to authorities.
The fire was reported near where the I-580 and I-205 merge, east of the Altamont.
NWS Bay Area says winds are gusting 52 mph.
