SAN JOSE, Calif. (KRON) -- San Jose police are investigating a Halloween homicide, the city's 29th of the year.
The San Jose Police Department said there was a shooting in the 5200 block of Great Oaks Pkwy, where police found one person who later died of his gunshot wound at the hospital.
There is no suspect or motive at this time.
