By Bay City News - The California Highway Patrol reported a fatal collision late Sunday night between a golf cart and a pedestrian in east Contra Costa County.
The CHP responded to a 10:35 p.m. report of the collision in the area of Discovery Bay Boulevard and Willow Lake Road.
