SAN LEANDRO, Calif. (KRON) -- Police shut down both directions of Hesperian Blvd from Thornally to Springlake for an investigation on Thursday morning.
The alert came just after 6 a.m., but San Leandro police did not specify the incident.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area and recommended to use alternative routes like Washington Ave or E.14th St.
