SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) - Police are responding to a report of an active shooter on Treasure Island Wednesday.
According to police, officers responded to the 300 block of Avenue H on Treasure Island around 11:21 a.m. on a report of an active shooter.
Officers are currently on scene searching for an active shooter and/or threat but at this time have not confirmed an active shooter incident.
Police activity has shut down SFMTA service on the 25 Treasure Island Route service.
No other information was immediately available.
